The food was very good, especially the Nann and the Lassi.  Great decor and ambiance for eating, really added to the eating experience.  Loved the hot tea!

What I enjoyed most was the informational discussion on the preparation of the food, attention to detail, and extra decorations for Valentine’s Day. I had a fun and interesting experience there. The food was tasty, delicious, and flavorful. I will come back many times.

This  place is great. It's similar to Jaipur and Connaught Place, which makes sense since that's where the personnel were trained. The tandoori chicken was more moist and tastier than at any of the other local restaurants I've tried. The poppadums that are brought to your table when you sit down are fantastic. The paratha was also great. This is a definite keeper--but it was very busy this Saturday night, so you might think of making reservations on weekends.

This is a top-notch little place.  They are so new, their phone still isn't up and running yet, but that's OK.  Since they are so new, there are plenty of tables available.  But once the word gets out, I'm sure reservations will be in order.  We have already dined at this wonderful establishment twice, and I'm considering going back tonight!

Excellent restaurant.  When the Connaught Place was closed down a few years ago, the employees splintered and started other restaurants.  One of them being Rangoli out in South Riding.  Now this is the newest one to open by former employees, including the chef.

Staff is very nice and helpful.  They are doing everything they can to make your meal a good experience and to make this restaurant a success.

We had half a Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala and some Malai Kofta.  All three were some of the best we have ever had.  A few of the other tables of people were former Connaught Place fans, and they were very happy to have a place like this back in the area.

The owner has plans to eventually expand (it is small and cozy at the moment) into other suites in the strip mall.  The Strip Mall (located across the street from Carlos O'Kellys) is definitely in need of a make-over.  But this restaurant may help drive that to happen.

New excellent Indian Restaurant!
These guys are GREAT!  I'm so very happy that a really great Indian Restaurant has finally been reborn in Fairfax.  Not since the old Connaught Place, sorrowfully closed since Oct 05, has an Indian restaurant of such stature opened.  The Butter Chicken is stupendous--the varied dishes for the lunch buffet are all top notch, and you can see them cooking on the tandoor through the glass--something I've never seen in an Indian restaurant in this area!  All the chicken dishes show succulence and are extremely tender--the lamb too has a flavor of perfectly herbed and buttered perfection and of course the curries reveal the piquancy of perfection, not to mention perfect Naan!  The service is always perfect and they will cook anything you want any way you like--Bridj is a perfect host. and what a steal--two people can usually get stuffed to the gills for Lunch on $22 while a dinner minus alcohol is about 40 or so.  So good! mmmm
